Hello. My name is Clarke

...and here is a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Warwick, Rhode Island before moving to New York City in 2008. I attended New York University and graduated in 2012 with a B.S. in Media, Culture, and Communication with a minor in Creative Writing. 

I am currently a Senior Brand Content Strategist at Persado, where I deliver conversion-rate optimized content as part of rigorous multivariate and A/B testing across a variety of channels including email, paid media, web, and direct mail. My expertise is in knowing what language works best, assembling compelling insights on what is driving a customer base to react, and analyzing data to prove out hypotheses about how to best communicate with an audience.

Previously, as Digital Marketing Manager for the publishing house Regan Arts, where I managed the website, e-commerce, digital content creation, all social media platforms, as well as worked with authors on building out and maintaining a digital presence. Prior to that, I was a Digital Content Strategist for the New York Daily News, where I wrote and edited extensively for the website's Autos section, wrote copy for a variety of products including an online deals program and a business directory, wrote native branded content, and managed a variety of advertisement packages that were published on the web. 

 

I continue to write, both professionally and personally. I love exploringNew  York as much as I enjoy returning to Rhode Island. I am passionate about travel and am always looking for next great place to visit.
